7-Day Return Policy
You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Share your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product if damaged.
Our team will review your request and approve the return within 24-48 hours.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our team.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
Original Payment Method: 5-7 business days
Store Credit: Instant (can be used for future purchases)
* Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or consumed, unless they are defective or damaged.
